Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Start Date: ASAP (as soon as credentialed) End Date: Most are a minimum 3 month commitment, but all of them are ongoing with options to extend. Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p, 40 hour week, no Call Volume: 15-20 patients per day Requirements:

• NP or PA Certification
• BLS, ACLS Certifications
• Any active, unrestricted U.S. state or territory license
• Active, unrestricted, transferrable DEA
• Clean NPDB
• Valid Driver s license
• Covid vaccinations and boosters; Hepatitis B vax, PPD test, MMR vax, Flu vax
• Background check & fingerprinting
• No lapses in practice greater than six months in the past few years
• Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Committed to rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare

Rates are dependent on the specific location, but are generally $75-$85/hour Travel & lodging are provided by some of the sites, but not others. It is a case by case basis. When it is provided, the pay rate is lower. You can way the benefit of paying yourself or having deductions from the pay rate. Malpractice insurance is provided, if needed, but will result in a deduction from pay rate.
