Job Details:
10 -15 patients per day
Schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off. (rotating with another NP)
Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit that is a locked down secure facility doing Primary Care only, NOT Behavioral Health. This is not a PMHNP position but a NP doing primary care consults and follow ups (H&P work - History and Physical Examinations). Must be a FNP due to adolescents.
Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is a salary of $130K annually. This full-time role is benefit eligible.
Responsibilities:
Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines
Qualifications:
Board certified FNP
Willing to train experienced candidates as well
Licensed in state
