Boston, Massachusetts, Area NP/PA Urgent Care Job

- Seeking a board certified or truly board nurse practitioner or physician assistant
- Reason for need: growth
- Group owns 5 locations in the surrounding Boston area - they are looking to hire multiple providers over the next few months
- They are opening a new center this summer and have 3-4 other locations under LOI
- They are seeking providers with clinical quality
- The medical director trains all providers personally; additionally, she works side-by-side with the providers and is in a clinic every day
- They are very proud of their clinical leadership presence
- You'd float between their five local sites
- Depending on the site, they offer single or double coverage
- Hours are 8a-8p
- Must be comfortable seeing 45-50 patients per day
- While they prefer full-time candidates, they are open to part-time
- Full-timers work 36 hours a week, including every other weekend
- Must see all ages
- You'd perform all typical urgent care procedures such as suturing and splinting
- Must have some post training experience as a NP/PA
- You'd do your own wet reads on x-rays
- Group provides DOT certification for all of their providers
- Must be licensed in Massachusetts
- Must have ACLS and PALS (or willing to obtain)
