• W2 - 200k per year/ plus Medical, Dental, 401k, Long Term Disability, and life insurance
• 1099 - Reg pay $100 - $120 with mal practice is covered (Housing maybe provided by facility)

• Privileging Details: • Timeline: 6 weeks, Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications BLS, ACLS & ATLS Fingerprints/background check
• Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligible ABEM

• Worksite Information: 35 bed Comprehensive, 2 Trauma Rooms 16 Treatment Bays 4 Triage Rooms. RN and MSA support during each shift
