Staffing Model:
MDs: 2 MDs per day
NPPAs: 2 NPPAs per day

General critical care procedures (Open ICU)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Certifications Required: AGACNP or NCCPA Certification, ACLS,
License: Active Wisconsin License,
Active Wisconsin DEA
5-year malpractice history
Vaccination records (COVID, Hepatitis B, Rubella, Flu)
TB Test: Two skin tests within the past 12 months or Quantiferon blood test within 90 days of start

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive critical care within the hospital s team structure
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Participate in required orientation and EMR training
