The position is a 3-week outpatient Pulm and 1-week inpatient Critical Care blend per month which gives you the ability to have a much better quality of life & stress balance in your personal life and was a position designed by the request of the physician staff to help eliminate burn-out. Top compensation and pay for the work your doing is one of the best parts of the position as well. Professional :

• $460k Starting Salary (commensurate w/ experience) + $25k Quality Bonus & RVU Production
• Seeing only 10-12 PPD
• Income potential $550,000 to $800,000 Annually
• $50k Signing Bonus & $65,000 Paid Call
  • 1:4 Light Call - All Call is PAID, No More Free Work!
• 16-bed closed ICU, Epic EMR
• Full spectrum pulmonary specialty service
• 3 MDs and 6 NPs
• H1B sponsorship eligible; Not eligible for J1
