Critical Care/Trauma Physician

Facility is looking for a Critical Care Physician for 24 hour coverage (12 hours onsite, 12 hours on call)

SCHEDULE :

• 10/24/2024 7pm - 7am Onsite Night 11/1/2024 (on call 7a-7p)
• 12/23/2024 7am - 7pm Onsite Day 12/31/2024 (on call 7p-7a)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• ICU Coverage expectations:
• Perform ICU Admits or consults upon request
• Daily manage & round on all patients on the critical care service
• Perform face to face clinical handoff to the on-coming critical care provider
• Complete all medical record documentation prior to end of work shift
• Submit all professional billable activity by end of work shift
• Please note: Must be COVID vaccinated.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
• Board Certified (No BE) - Required
• MI License & CSR at Submission - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
• BLS - Required
• Provider must be local - Highly preferred
• Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED no exceptions
• Please submit rates at time of name clear - Required, will not send to client without rates
• Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about - required
• DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
