Urgent Care Physician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide High-Quality Care: Diagnose and treat a variety of urgent care conditions, including minor injuries, infections, and illnesses.
2. Perform Procedures: Administer treatments and perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care.
3. Clinical Decision Making: Interpret diagnostic tests, make informed treatment decisions, and manage patient care appropriately.
4. Patient Education: Communicate treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and preventive care guidance to patients.
5. Collaborative Care: Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, maintaining clear documentation in EHR.
6. Emergency Management: Respond to urgent medical situations, stabilizing patients and referring to higher care when necessary.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to healthcare regulations, confidentiality standards, and clinical protocols to ensure safe patient care.
8. Flexible Scheduling: Work on a temporary, flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
