  • Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Registered Nurse, Intermediate Care
  • Observation Unit / Inpatient - Aspirus Wausau
  • 8 bed unit - 2 RNs on each shift, 1:4 patient ratio
  • Average stay up to 48 hrs. High amount of admissions and discharges.
    Job Requirements
  • WI RN License
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years
  • 1 travel assignment REQUIRED
  • Charting Experience: EPIC REQUIRED
    Schedule Information
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Start Date: 5/27 - No early start dates will be accepted
  • Shift Requirements: 12 hrs nights 7p-730a
  • Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday
    Unit Specific Information
  • Background in observation units, or step-down MS/Tele units
  • Ability to read and interpret strips is required
  • Will have to take an EKG exam during compliance
    Additional Details
  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hrs
  • Float to all inpatient units as needed
  • On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
