About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence are essential. Experience with the Dealertrack DMS system is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post all new and pre-owned car deals into accounting.

- Organize deal paperwork for completeness and compliance.

- Process payoff checks for trade-ins and coordinate with banks.

- Balance accounting postings with sales and finance figures.

- Verify contract funding and ensure all deal information is accurate.

- Review and reconcile accounting schedules.

- Manage submittals and cancellations for aftermarket products.

- Handle dealer trades and wholesale paperwork.

- Stay current on State and DMV regulations.

- Maintain a professional workspace and appearance.

- Provide administrative support to management as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of automotive accounting experience required.

- Proficient with Dealertrack DMS system.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a team environment.

- Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.

Physical Demands:

- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the day.

- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
