About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Business Development with a strong background in sales and a focus on digital transformation. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in building and leading sales organizations across various industries. This role demands a collaborative leader who can forge strong relationships with C-suite executives, drive multi-million dollar deals, and achieve significant year-over-year growth. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented problem solver with a hunter mentality, passionate about exploring and developing innovative ideas, and will have extensive experience in technology, business services, and operations. As the Vice President of Business Development, the primary responsibilities will include leading all sales efforts, from prospect identification to deal closure, and mentoring a high-performing sales team. The role requires the development and execution of sales strategies, pipeline management, and the ability to meet sales goals set by executive leadership. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in selling business process solutions to Fortune 500 customers, with a strong network of C-Suite relationships. Essential skills include the ability to manage complex negotiations, a strong business acumen, and a strategic approach to driving revenue growth. The role also demands a high level of integrity, the ability to travel, and a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred.
