The Community Engagement Liaison will proactively identify and cultivate relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and work to support community health improvement initiatives. Create strategies to promote and grow programs and services designed to engage with and improve the health of the communities and patients served by Nebraska Medicine. They will establish and support mutually beneficial partnerships with the community in alignment with community outreach goals as well as track and manage organizational resources dedicated to community outreach activities and compile annual community benefit reports.

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing required.
* Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, public health, or related field required.
* Strong written and oral communication skills required.
* Ability to communicate and interact easily and comfortably with stakeholders from all levels of the organization both within Nebraska Medicine and its external community partners required.
* Flexibility to attend community events during evenings and weekends when needed as required.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with community health improvement and community outreach preferred.
* Event planning experience preferred.
* Master's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, public health or related field preferred.
