AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Water/Wastewater Engineer to be based in Murray, Utah
This position is expected to begin in May or June 2025.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Perform engineering work on water and wastewater treatment and conveyance systems.
Field data collection and Work on engineering planning and design projects.
System modeling.
Data entry and analysis.
Permitting and alternative analysis.
Prepare technical memoranda and electronic deliverables.
Prepare reports with graphics, tables, appendices.
Design and Develop plans and specifications.
Construction Cost estimates for projects.
Provide engineering services during construction.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civl or Environmental Engineering + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Due to the nature of work, US citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Academic requirements include coursework in physical, chemical, and biological processes; hydraulics; and principles of water and wastewater treatment plant and infrastructure design.
Experience developing engineering deliverables such as engineering reports, design drawings, technical specifications, permits, and other detailed engineering deliverables.
Demonstrated technical skills and experience working on water, wastewater, or resilience projects.
Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite, Sharepoint, and scheduling software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A team player and have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and the project team.
Previous relevant internship.
