Learn and adopt the Stand Strong Fencing structured management process and complete required training. The Role of the Sales Manager is to sell the features and benefits of Stand Strong Fencing products, continually prospect for new customers through in-bound leads, community networking, referrals, effectively follow-up to set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed weekly sales goals, and provide mentorship and managerial oversight of Sales Advisor(s). The successful candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 1-year relevant industry sales experience, excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of fencing products and the installation process, excellent customer service skills, be detailed oriented, have excellent time management skills, be a self-starter that can work independently, have an ability to work in a fast paced and team oriented environment, and strong leadership qualities. The job focus will be to learn and manage company policies, direct and oversee all sales activities to be consistent with the organization’s long-term goals, meet or exceed KPIs for the role, and work closely with the owners. This role will also focus on proficiently building, developing, and leading a professional team that is successful and providing a world class customer experience. Primary Responsibilities
Professionally represent Stand Strong Fencing.
Community involvement and network building.
Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry, and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
Study and learn current marketplace, competitors, and industry trends in order to identify new business and marketing opportunities and present them to the Owners.
Interact with customers and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
Address potential client queries in a timely and professional manner.
Confirm and qualify booked appointments, generate organic leads, provide consultative customer appointments, generate accurate estimates, professionally and comprehensively present proposal to property owner/representative.
Perform organic lead generation strategies and activities.
Develop product reference documents and product materials for customers.
Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing sales calls and appointments.
Create and maintain a product marketing plan for increasing sales and revenue.
Work with Business Operations Manager to understand, explain and analyze client requirements.
Demonstrate products to consumers.
Perform basic record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs/inquiries.
Interacts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:
1+ years in a home sales related field/industry in a management/leadership role.
Having existing relationships and knowledge of the territory is required.
Home service experience is a plus.
Highly skilled in verbal and written communications.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
