Teacher - Toddler Class

Join our team at The Learning Garden Child Development Center in Bennington, NE as a Teacher for the Toddler Class. This position requires expertise in early childhood education and working with children ages 18 months to 3 years.

Must meet ONE of the following requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year working in a childcare facility - minimun
• Have a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) - preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree - preferred

Must pass a criminal background check and have current fingerprints by the NSP.

Responsibilities include colaborative creation and implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering a safe and nurturing environment, facilitating cognitive and social development, and communicating with parents about their child's progress. The candidate must have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
