As a Mergers and Acquisitions Project Manager, you will be responsible for working directly with advisors using Orion who are looking to bring on additional books of business.The M&A Project Manager will also work with the advisors to setup new download interfaces with custodial partners, help advisors audit their downloading data, and assist advisors through their historical conversion project. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Sacramento, CA; Hebron, KY.
For Internal Candidates:

In this role, you'll get to:
Work independently on projects that fall outside of the normal M&A project outline and assess if the advisors request can be accomplished
Mediate projects between firms, maintain legal boundaries and uphold high level of confidentiality
Assist in submitting multi-level programming projects while coordinating multiple internal teams for efficiency.
Acts as project manager and participates in special projects supporting advisors outside of Onboarding.
Helps with requests from Service Teams, SME Teams, vendors and other internal teams as necessary.
Works directly with advisors and appropriate internal resources to develop project scope and document all work, adapts to changes and manages project execution, timelines, and expectations.
Reports, tracks and escalates projects and issues to leadership as needed.
We're looking for talent who:
Excellent time management skills to balance work load and project priorities.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field required.
Obtain Orion Series Industry Certification.
Minimum of 1- 3 years experience working within financial services, technology, or customer service industries preferred.
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Orion Techs system and app interaction required.
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:
$61,147.00 - $91,054.00The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
